APARTMENT RENTAL CONDITIONS
PAYMENT OF RENT.
Only when the full rent has been paid will you be able to occupy the apartment. All renters are required to pay by cheque or credit/debit card, however we do make a 1.5% charge if paying by credit card, but there is no charge for debit cards. Final balance payable six weeks before holiday commences.
In the event you have to cancel your booking the following terms will apply. If you cancel 18 weeks or more prior to the start date of your rental then any monies paid less the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of £20. If you cancel at any other time no monies will be refunded. Cancellations must be notified in writing, fax or e-mail.
We recommend you consider taking out holiday insurance. We are not agents for any insurance companies but most insurance brokers should be able to assist you.
When we have your booking form and deposit we will send you our confirmation. However, you will only be able to occupy the holiday apartment once your cheque or cheques have been cleared.
TELEPHONE AND EMAIL BOOKING.
You may make an initial reservation by either of these methods but the booking will only be confirmed once we have received the signed booking form, sent by post, with the relevant deposit paid.
MAXIMUM PERSONS OCCUPYING THE APARTMENT.
The number of persons occupying the apartment must not exceed the number on the booking form.
CONDITIONS OF THE APARTMENT.
The renter agrees to keep the apartment and all its fitting and fixtures in the same state of condition and repair as they found it at the start of their holiday and to leave the premises in good tidy and clean order at the end of the rental period. The cost of any damage, breakages or excessive mess must be paid for before departing.
The staff or agents of St. Davids Vacation Club Ltd., shall be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time over the rental period.
NOISE AND NUISANCE.
The renter and their family and friends must ensure that they do nothing to annoy, disturb or cause a nuisance to other guests and must follow any reasonable instructions in relation to these matters, requested by the agents or staff of St. Davids Vacation Club Ltd.
GAS, ELECTRICITY AND TELEPHONE.
The cost of each of these is in addition to any rent paid. The meters will be read on departure and all units used must be paid for before leaving. The staff will, if asked, advise you of the cost per unit.
ANIMALS AND PETS.
None are allowed on the premises. This rule will be strictly applied. Guests keeping their pets in a car on the premises must ensure that they do not cause any noise or nuisance to other guests. In the event of a complaint the pet, together with the car, must be removed from the car park.
You will find these on the reverse of the price list and booking form. Please read them carefully. Other information and rules listed above on the booking form are deemed to be part of the booking conditions. All information together with any other information provided by our staff and agents is provided in good faith and without liability and was correct at the time is was printed.
